More than 1 year of intense data work culminates in a brand new customer portal that is now available to all Blue Phoenix customers, regardless of whether you are a developer, contractor, supplier, consultant on a project or transporter. Become a user now.
With the customer portal, you can access your orders, invoices and invoices digitally, exactly when you want. But the portal is launched with an additional and perhaps even more important function.
As something new, the customer portal provides access to figures for the recycling of the construction and construction waste that has been delivered to our reception and treatment facility. Data that many customers have long requested, says COO, Rasmus Brødsgaard Buch:
"We want to make it as easy as possible to be a customer of Blue Phoenix, and there is a growing interest in what happens to the waste once it has been delivered to us for processing. More and more customers and construction sites have recycling targets, and the new customer portal makes it simple to get information about, among other things, recycling percentages. We are in an industry where our information typically forms the basis for settlement and invoicing between several players in a construction site, and we want to make it as transparent and straightforward as possible to obtain and share information. Therefore, we will continuously invest further in developing the platform, so that it becomes even easier to be a customer of Blue Phoenix."
Administrator or advisor access
In the process, several pilot customers have helped develop the portal so that it best matches different customer needs. There has been a particular demand for being able to invite an advisor into one or more projects and share data with suppliers. This function is now available. There has also been a significant improvement in terms of security. As a Blue Phoenix customer, you can now appoint an administrator in the company who can invite users in or delete users again.
The current Blue Phoenix customer portal will still be available until August 31, 2024.
