Blue Phoenix in Denmark has more than 18 reception facilities that are visited every day by thousands of Danish and foreign drivers. Our ambition as a company is that no one should drive to us in vain. That is why we are now making it possible for drivers (haulers) and others with regular visits to our facilities to sign up for our SMS service. I don't think I've received any important messages from the SMS service - what could be the reason?

Our SMS service is provided by inMobile, one of the country's absolute leading providers of mobile news services and with good and secure mobile coverage. Therefore, there is also a high probability that you will receive our news via SMS if you have signed up for the service. If you repeatedly experience that you are not receiving important news via SMS from us, you are welcome to contact our customer service, who can check whether you are, for example, correctly signed up for the service - and with the correct number.

I'm worried about whether the SMS messages I receive from Blue Phoenix are actually from you - how can I be sure they're not SPAM?

At Blue Phoenix, we are aware that there are many fake messages via SMS, which even try to pretend to be a related company. For us, your security is absolutely crucial. You can therefore check whether a news item via SMS comes from us in these ways:

1. Does the news come via SMS from a Danish number?
We only send SMS news via Danish numbers.
2. Does BluePhoenix appear as the sender information?
We only send SMS news with this particular sender name.
3. Can you find the news on our website?
When we send out news, we also ensure that the same news also appears on our website and with a clear statement that news has been sent out via the SMS service.
4. If you are still in doubt, contact our customer service, who can confirm or deny whether the news comes from us.

Please also note that we usually do not include links in our SMS news to avoid them being confused with SPAM.

How much does it cost to sign up for the SMS service in Blue Phonix?

It is free to sign up for the SMS service. However, you will be charged the standard SMS rate when you receive an SMS from us. Please note that prices may vary if you sign up for the service from a foreign number.

Is the SMS service only in Danish?

Yes. We only send news via SMS in Danish. However, it is easy to translate this news digitally and/or you can find the news on our website, where there is also a language layer in English.

Avoid driving in vain
