Our ambition is to make it easy to be a customer at Blue Phoenix. That's why we offer all customers access to their own weighings, invoices, sales and much more via our online customer portal.
Your data security is also important to us. Therefore, access to the customer portal requires user creation by either a super user in your company or our customer service.
If you are already a registered user on our customer portal, you can access the portal here. or by clicking the log in button.
If you or your company is a customer of Blue Phoenix, you are guaranteed access to our customer portal and your customer data. But before you can check your latest invoice, see a weighing or updated recycling figures for your delivered fractions in the customer portal, you must be registered as a user.
We offer companies extra data security by associating a administrator to your company profile. One administrator can invite and remove employees from the customer portal. It is our clear recommendation that you use administratorfunctions.
Contact your company administrator or contact us for access to the customer portal.
If your company has traded directly with us, you are guaranteed access to the customer portal.
An administrator can continuously create and remove employees from the portal.
Regular users of the portal gain access via superuser or by contacting Blue Phoenix customer service.
It is possible to access parts of a customer's data if you are affiliated with an advisor or similar.

The Blue Phoenix customer portal currently has 4 purposes:
Orders: You can view and download all orders you have made.
Weights: You can view and download all weighings you have made.
Invoices: You can view and download all invoices you have received
Recycling figures: You can view and download recycling figures from your orders
If you would like to be registered on our customer portal, your company must be registered as a customer with Blue Phoenix. If you are not registered yet, you can write to our email; dk****************@**********ix.com, or call customer service.
If you are already a registered customer with Blue Phoenix in Denmark, you can contact us by email: dk****************@**********ix.comso we can help you gain access.
If your company already has one administrator, can the administrator invite you to gain access.
If you forget your password, you can press "Forgot password?" on the login page. and have a new password sent to your email. If you still have problems logging in, you can contact customer service.
Our system is built with 2 types of users:
administrators: Has access to all information (such as which users are created at the company) and can invite others to be either users or super users in the same company.
Users: Has access to orders, weighings, invoices and recycling report, but cannot invite others or see users in the same company.
